The supporters of Mercado Paulista F.C booed when Hockeysnubbarnas BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Haraldsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Armando Rosalio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mercado Paulista F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Rosalio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pål Håkansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st match minute, Hockeysnubbarnas BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Alström to maneuver through the defense. When Mercado Paulista F.C's Alfredo Dimo in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalie prevented a goal. Isaias Quirze made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Jakobsson in the 27th minute. Fredrik Löv received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Isaias Quirze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Matai hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Egon Eliasson hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Victorino Lop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Morgan Haraldsson's late challenge caught a Mercado Paulista F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Morgan Haraldsson helped the player get up and apologised. Morgan Haraldsson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. If Diego Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Frank Jakobsson made the kick off in the second half. After 57 played minutes Mercado Paulista F.C got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Matai. In the 63rd minute Armando Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pål Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Löv kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Egon Eliasson. After a rather tough play, Mercado Paulista F.C's Victorino Lop got a free kick in the 87th minute. Maximiliano Urtungo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Armando Rosalio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Pål Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mercado Paulista F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
