An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Penna in the 26th minute of play forced Green Hell F.C.'s goalkeeper Fivos Dadamis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrico Iacovone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Fivos Dadamis made a huge save. Enrico Iacovone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fivos Dadamis having to interfere. A collision led to Green Hell F.C. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Kleon Servetas hit a great ball. The long shot by Edoardo Felli in the 34th minute really tested Fivos Dadamis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 35th minute, Franco Penna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match Frank Sammartino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fivos Dadamis skillfully saved the ball. Franco Bobbio hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Vassilis Ballas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Davide Cavaliere was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
