Spectators: 7469 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Augustin Horea started the match with the kick off. Fabian Scigan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Horea in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Laurențiu Iosub hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augustin Horea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Fabian Scigan made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dobromir Arnista during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes Ekipa Gabi got a freekick which was hit by Dobromir Arnista. When Stelian Hulubei came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Club Sportiv Medgidia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stelian Hulubei couldn't finish the play. Ekipa Gabi's Aleksander Furgat got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Club Sportiv Medgidia's goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Pawlik came free, but Nicu Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Augustin Horea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabian Scigan, 1-0. Aleksander Furgat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Arghirescu having to interfere. Nicu Arghirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Pawlik in the 32nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augustin Horea got free with Fabian Scigan in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The wind increased when Aleksander Furgat made the kick off in the second half. Nicu Arghirescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kryspin Pawlik in the 52nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Lukasz Lech managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ekipa Gabi's supporters rose to their feet, but Lukasz Lech was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicu Arghirescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicu Arghirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Furgat, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Aleksander Furgat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 62 minutes, Aleksander Furgat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ekipa Gabi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Furgat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lukasz Lech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Scigan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Alupulesei in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to Ekipa Gabi getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Dobromir Arnista hit a great ball. Fabian Scigan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Horea, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Artur Zaworski hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Nicu Arghirescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Furgat in the 76th minute of the match. Fabian Scigan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augustin Horea went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When Club Sportiv Medgidia's Augustin Horea in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ekipa Gabi's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Horea in the 84th minute of play forced Ekipa Gabi's goalkeeper Fabian Scigan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes of play, Ekipa Gabi's Lukasz Lech made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicu Arghirescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabian Scigan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Horea in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Ştefan Alupulesei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Sportiv Medgidia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Stelian Hulubei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Fabian Scigan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Sportiv Medgidia had won after a very even match.
