Husaria Dukla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augustin Horea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Husaria Dukla getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Iwo Tomiczek hit a great ball. Husaria Dukla's Feliks Kaczanek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Alupulesei in the 9th minute of play. If Iwo Tomiczek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Feliks Kaczanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Horea, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 24 minutes into the match, Stelian Hulubei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliks Kaczanek. Husaria Dukla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stelian Hulubei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 28th minute Augustin Horea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliks Kaczanek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliks Kaczanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Alupulesei, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Feliks Kaczanek came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sportiv Medgidia's Stelian Hulubei. But to his dismay, Stelian Hulubei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Feliks Kaczanek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augustin Horea's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Feliks Kaczanek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Horea in the 36th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Husaria Dukla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernard Jarocewicz to maneuver through the defense. Feliks Kaczanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Alupulesei in the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Bernard Jarocewicz fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Husaria Dukla's protests and gave Bernard Jarocewicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Edgar Molodețiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Jarocewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nicu Arghirescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Club Sportiv Medgidia's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Bochinski came free, but Nicu Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The goalkeeper, Feliks Kaczanek, was totally fooled by Club Sportiv Medgidia's Augustin Horea, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Bernard Jarocewicz got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Husaria Dukla's Bernard Jarocewicz got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Augustin Horea notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Husaria Dukla's Feliks Kaczanek. Feliks Kaczanek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Lucjan Bejger came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Husaria Dukla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Bejger couldn't finish the play. Eugeniusz Bochinski's late challenge caught a Club Sportiv Medgidia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugeniusz Bochinski helped the player get up and apologised. 93 minutes into the game, Lucjan Bejger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Husaria Dukla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Sportiv Medgidia the free kick. In the 94th minute of the match Cazimir Panait sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Feliks Kaczanek skillfully saved the ball. Husaria Dukla's Feliks Kaczanek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Horea in the 95th minute of play. Club Sportiv Medgidia played a much better game than Husaria Dukla and deserved their victory. The Husaria Dukla players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
