In the 5th minute Rocio Camerin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Modliszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Loreto Astonzas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marek Modliszewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kajetan Juchno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. German Vozmediano's late challenge caught a Ekipa Gabi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Vozmediano helped the player get up and apologised. German Vozmediano hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Ekipa Gabi's Robert Sobania sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vicente Davalos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Victor Hugo Aristizábal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marek Modliszewski. That made the score 2-0 after 24 minutes of play. Victor Hugo Aristizábal hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match, Loreto Astonzas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marek Modliszewski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Kajetan Juchno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vicente Davalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Davalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kajetan Juchno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's German Vozmediano got his second yellow card of the match in the 48th minute. The referee ordered German Vozmediano off the ground. The supporters of Ekipa Gabi booed when VERDOLAGA CITY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Vozmediano didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Loreto Astonzas to strike the kick off in the second half. Chap Cobo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Rocio Camerin got a free kick in the 78th minute. Kajetan Juchno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Vicente Davalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Loreto Astonzas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Modliszewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rocio Camerin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's Loreto Astonzas got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Ekipa Gabi's goal looked a bit too open when Loreto Astonzas came free, but Marek Modliszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ekipa Gabi's Marek Modliszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loreto Astonzas in the 92nd minute of play. There was no doubt that VERDOLAGA CITY FC were the better team. VERDOLAGA CITY FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
