After a rather tough play, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Domingo Vivero got a free kick in the 9th minute. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Adam Urbina got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Ornitorrincos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Ángel Frick to maneuver through the defense. César Bertrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krzysztof Klejnowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, Alipio Garbiso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modlau the free kick. Alipio Garbiso kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Modestio Jina came free, but Krzysztof Cielencki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Modlau getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Radomir Dzerwucki hit a great ball. Cipriano Ancavil's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Krzysztof Cielencki skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Adam Urbina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Urbina struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Krzysztof Cielencki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ornitorrincos F.C.. In the 40th minute, Modlau's Janusz Piczak seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Janusz Piczak the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Modlau protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Janusz Piczak had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Modlau! 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Modlau's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Angelillo Fuente was slow to take the kick. During this time Ornitorrincos F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Angelillo Fuente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Krzysztof Cielencki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Krzysztof Cielencki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Ancavil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radomir Dzerwucki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Adam Urbina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modlau the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Urbina in the 53rd minute of play forced Modlau's goalkeeper Krzysztof Cielencki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobald Glogowski's late challenge caught a Ornitorrincos F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobald Glogowski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ornitorrincos F.C. booed when Modlau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobald Glogowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Modlau's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Ancavil came free, but Krzysztof Cielencki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzysztof Cielencki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Ancavil in the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alipio Garbiso in the 59th minute of play forced Modlau's goalkeeper Krzysztof Cielencki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Modlau booed when Ornitorrincos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alipio Garbiso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modlau's Krzysztof Cielencki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Ancavil in the 63rd minute of play. Alipio Garbiso struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Krzysztof Cielencki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ornitorrincos F.C.. Krzysztof Cielencki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Ancavil in the 68th minute of play. Alipio Garbiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Krzysztof Cielencki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes, Kelaino Mbappè mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Modlau and the Ornitorrincos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, Kelaino Mbappè hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Krzysztof Cielencki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modestio Jina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, Alipio Garbiso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Krzysztof Cielencki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 86th minute Cipriano Ancavil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Cielencki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Alipio Garbiso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Krzysztof Cielencki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Ornitorrincos F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
