Gustavo-Hernán Martín Callens Asín made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Ruy in the 31st minute of play. Vicente Ubarna kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Maraman made a kick off. The supporters of Sportivo Ben Hur booed when Los Guacho Pistola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Txaran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Tancredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo-Hernán Martín Callens Asín having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Ermegildo Pereyra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Los Guacho Pistola's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Tancredo came free, but Gustavo-Hernán Martín Callens Asín reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Bruno Maraman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gustavo-Hernán Martín Callens Asín was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sportivo Ben Hur had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
