Basilio Cresencio started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Viggo Larsfält shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Mountainhammer United's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Cresencio came free, but Göran Gustafsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mountainhammer United's Victor Hellkvist in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CENTAURO's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute, Bengt Stålman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mountainhammer United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 18th minute, Victor Bittor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Göran Gustafsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Mountainhammer United's goalkeeper Göran Gustafsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Bittor. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mountainhammer United's goalkeeper Göran Gustafsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viggo Larsfält in the 28th minute of play forced CENTAURO's goalkeeper Siro Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andréas Mikaelsson hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Basilio Cresencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Göran Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Victor Hellkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Hellkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Siro Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hellkvist in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bengt Stålman made a kick off. Göran Gustafsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Cresencio in the 61st minute of play. If Victor Bittor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mountainhammer United's Göran Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Cresencio in the 64th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Victor Bittor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CENTAURO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. A collision led to CENTAURO getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Patricio Tiso hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt Stålman in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Siro Cordeiro saved CENTAURO from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Bengt Stålman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Basilio Cresencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Salvadore hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Mountainhammer United's Göran Gustafsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Bittor in the 92nd minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. CENTAURO were victorious despite being under pressure from Mountainhammer United for much of the match.
