Halcones Azules's Omar Ekain got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredo Santo struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. 罗延志 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fiume Veneto. 罗延志 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Alfredo Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fiume Veneto's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Santo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 罗延志 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Santo was the one to do the kick off. Emilio Esposito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Alfredo Santo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of 罗延志, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 61 minutes, Alfredo Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fiume Veneto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Santo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alfredo Santo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Halcones Azules's 罗延志 got control of the ball when Alfredo Santo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Halcones Azules made a substitution. Benito Isaio replaced Fernando Pero. After 83 played minutes Halcones Azules got a freekick which was hit by Benito Isaio. 89 minutes into the game, Fiume Veneto's Alfredo Santo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 罗延志 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.
