The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Abascal in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Žydrūnas Danielius saved FC Saubrigues from getting behind. Carlos Birjaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žydrūnas Danielius having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Abascal in the 16th minute of play forced FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Žydrūnas Danielius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Žydrūnas Danielius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Abascal went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Gigi Buffon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 24th minute Francisco Abascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Žydrūnas Danielius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Morgan Guignard fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Saubrigues's protests and gave Morgan Guignard a yellow card for diving instead. Morgan Guignard kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, FC Saubrigues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Guignard to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of STARK F.C. booed when FC Saubrigues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Heim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Žydrūnas Danielius made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Sebastian Dayam sent off a good shot on target. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rosendo Raymundo couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Carlos Birjaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. STARK F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Birjaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Žydrūnas Danielius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Žydrūnas Danielius stood somewhat misplaced when Francisco Abascal came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 67 minute. Žydrūnas Danielius came out and tried to block the shot, but Francisco Abascal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 84th minute. Francisco Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Žydrūnas Danielius having to interfere. Francisco Abascal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Žydrūnas Danielius when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Žydrūnas Danielius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Birjaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. STARK F.C. played a much better game than FC Saubrigues and deserved their victory. The FC Saubrigues players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
