Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Helge Glad started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Staffan Törnqvist made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ediberto Paraense sent off a good shot on target. 5 minutes into the game, Sandinense ADF's Rodriguinho Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Staffan Törnqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivar Vallengren during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cássio Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Staffan Törnqvist having to interfere. Tony de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Glad, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the game, one of Sandinense ADF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 30 minutes into the game, Régis de Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sandinense ADF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hisings Kärra RK the free kick. After 30 played minutes Sandinense ADF got a freekick which was hit by Régis de Alcântara. Staffan Törnqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ediberto Paraense went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Sandinense ADF booed when Hisings Kärra RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Michael Valler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Östen Ekström made in the 41st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Emanuel Ahlén however managed to control. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Helge Glad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony de Sena having to interfere. Rodriguinho Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Cássio Maia in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hisings Kärra RK's Ivar Vallengren. Hisings Kärra RK's attentive Börge Bruse managed to snatch the ball when Régis de Alcântara made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. Tony de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Harman in the 63rd minute of the match. Arnaldo Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Östen Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 minutes, Joel Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandinense ADF and the Hisings Kärra RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute of the match, Bengt-Arne Harman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tony de Sena saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ivar Vallengren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sandinense ADF's zone, Bengt-Arne Harman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony de Sena came out of the goal and Bengt-Arne Harman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
