The supporters of Almeyra F.C. booed when Sandinense ADF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute Rosendo Juvenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Omar Abecia put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tony de Sena. After 23 minutes of play, Almeyra F.C.'s Omar Abecia made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 30th minute of the match Almeyra F.C. got a corner. Sandinense ADF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudio Nataniel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Almeyra F.C.'s Hugo Lucero getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 31st match minute, Sandinense ADF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Madureira to maneuver through the defense. Sandinense ADF's Tony de Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Abecia in the 36th minute of play. After 39 minutes of play, Almeyra F.C.'s Omar Abecia made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Almeyra F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sandinense ADF the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Sandinense ADF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho Dias to maneuver through the defense. Almeyra F.C.'s Omar Abecia got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

In the 51st minute, Omar Abecia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tony de Sena. The goal made the score 0-5. Omar Abecia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Tony de Sena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sandinense ADF's Tony de Sena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Sandinense ADF from getting a goal against them. 0-6 became the score in the 61st minute when Rosendo Juvenal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, Sandinense ADF's Tony de Sena got control of the ball when Omar Abecia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cesinha Amorim charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesinha Amorim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sandinense ADF's Cesinha Amorim got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute, Ediberto Paraense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the game, Ediberto Paraense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sandinense ADF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almeyra F.C. the free kick. After 76 played minutes Sandinense ADF got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Paraense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Juvenal in the 81st minute of play forced Sandinense ADF's goalkeeper Tony de Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbano Bero was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 86th match minute, Sandinense ADF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário Linares to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Omar Abecia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rdth minute of the game Rosendo Juvenal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sandinense ADF's Tony de Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
