Fritz Bållström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 15th minute, but Fritz Bållström got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Sannegården BK hanging dry this time. Staffan Törnqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Åberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Nils-Emil Björkdal sped through Hisings Kärra RK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Staffan Törnqvist. Jim Åberg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. A collision led to Hisings Kärra RK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Karl-Michael Valler hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Bengt-Rune Stabbe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sannegården BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hisings Kärra RK the free kick. In the 28th minute, Hisings Kärra RK's Bengt-Arne Harman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fritz Bållström. Fritz Bållström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. 31 minutes into the match, Charlie Öfverman notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Hisings Kärra RK's Staffan Törnqvist. Staffan Törnqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 33 played minutes Sannegården BK got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Hård. Hisings Kärra RK's Staffan Törnqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Öfverman in the 37th minute of play. Staffan Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Öfverman, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Hisings Kärra RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Hård was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Helge Glad to strike the kick off in the second half. Sannegården BK's Bengt-Rune Stabbe got his second yellow card of the match in the 51st minute. The referee ordered Bengt-Rune Stabbe off the ground. Bengt-Rune Stabbe kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charlie Öfverman got free with Staffan Törnqvist in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Staffan Törnqvist came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sannegården BK's Nils-Emil Björkdal. But to his dismay, Nils-Emil Björkdal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. The supporters of Sannegården BK booed when Hisings Kärra RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Michael Valler didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt-Arne Harman in the 80th minute of play forced Sannegården BK's goalkeeper Fritz Bållström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Charlie Öfverman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sannegården BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Charlie Öfverman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Staffan Törnqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sannegården BK played a much better game than Hisings Kärra RK and deserved their victory. The Hisings Kärra RK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
