With his leg Isaac Sindo managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Kings's Skirmantas Atkočiunas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 9th minute, Santiago Frans made a precise shot to the right of Raimondas Milašauskas. Kings's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Isaac Sindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Skirmantas Atkočiunas in the 18th minute. Isaac Sindo was a little too slow when Skirmantas Atkočiunas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-1. Isaac Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Skirmantas Atkočiunas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Kings's Romualdas Kaušpadas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaac Sindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Timoteo Mincho scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raimondas Milašauskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Min came free, but Raimondas Milašauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Frans to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Elazar in the 52nd minute of play forced Kings's goalkeeper Raimondas Milašauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kings's Raimondas Milašauskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Kings from getting a goal against them. Florentino Elazar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. If Skirmantas Atkočiunas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
