In the 6thth minute of the game Guillermo Esiquio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Motala's Åke Björling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dick Danielsson got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Karl-Oskar Skoog. After 11 minutes, Guillermo Esiquio made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Motala's Åke Björling tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute, Guillermo Esiquio made a precise shot to the right of Åke Björling. Motala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Dick Danielsson got a throw-in 22 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Karl-Oskar Skoog. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Esiquio in the 23rd minute of play forced Motala's goalkeeper Åke Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åke Björling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillermo Esiquio's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Jack Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Arnulfo Nataniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Åke Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Esiquio in the 32nd minute of play. Javier Ganix took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Åke Björling. Åke Björling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 43 minutes into the match, Gavino Maore notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Motala's Åke Björling. Åke Björling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Motala getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Torsten Alin hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Esiquio was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Motala's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Esiquio came free, but Åke Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anier Osoitz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Motala defense, Guillermo Esiquio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Åke Björling. The Motala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Åke Björling should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Guillermo Esiquio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cachiyuyo EAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. 75 minutes into the match, Javier Ganix notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Motala's Åke Björling. Åke Björling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torsten Alin kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Åke Björling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Esiquio in the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Cachiyuyo EAS's Javier Ganix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Åke Björling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. A throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game was made by Torsten Alin with Reine Wallander as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Guillermo Esiquio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Åke Björling when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Cachiyuyo EAS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Motala.
