Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 5633, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cazimir Zăraşcu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Leo Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergiu Angheluță having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cachiyuyo EAS's Modesto Mogel got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when George Vâlcu came free, but Arnulfo Nataniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergiu Angheluță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Nataniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cazimir Zăraşcu in the 14th minute. The supporters of Champions Iasi booed when Cachiyuyo EAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anier Osoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergiu Angheluță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Esiquio in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Osoitz came free, but Sergiu Angheluță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Zăraşcu came free, but Arnulfo Nataniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cachiyuyo EAS's Arnulfo Nataniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Zăraşcu in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Guillermo Esiquio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sergiu Angheluță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leo Osoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Esiquio came free, but Sergiu Angheluță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sergiu Angheluță didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillermo Esiquio went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guillermo Esiquio to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Cachiyuyo EAS got a freekick which was hit by Placido Haimar. Sergiu Angheluță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Esiquio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sergiu Angheluță made a huge save. Guillermo Esiquio's late challenge caught a Champions Iasi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Esiquio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Guillermo Esiquio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Puyol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Sergiu Angheluță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Leo Osoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leo Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sergiu Angheluță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Champions Iasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Ghișe to maneuver through the defense. Sergiu Angheluță stood somewhat misplaced when Guillermo Esiquio came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 86 minute. 89 minutes into the game, Cachiyuyo EAS's Placido Haimar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergiu Angheluță made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 96th minute Guillermo Esiquio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergiu Angheluță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cachiyuyo EAS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
