Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomáš Hauser to make the kick off. SuperChango's Humberto Sotero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by František Rechtorík in the 58th minute of play. Casimiro Bihar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venancio Mikelar hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Humberto Sotero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marián Laššak, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute Casimiro Bihar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodor Takáč saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miroslav Kavalec hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Teodor Takáč made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Vinicio Taurino sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by František Rechtorík in the 82nd minute of play forced SuperChango's goalkeeper Humberto Sotero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Tomáš Hauser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
