In the 3rd match minute, Leões do Sul 53 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Saraiva to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Leões do Sul 53's goal looked a bit too open when Walery Fleszar came free, but Egídio Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Walery Fleszar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egídio Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walery Fleszar, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Walery Fleszar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Egídio Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Leões do Sul 53 booed when Rega Merida CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janusz Wysocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Franciszek Andrysiak in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Leões do Sul 53's Dedé Almeida. Hieronim Rekowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarcisio Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the game, Dedé Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leões do Sul 53's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rega Merida CF the free kick. When Rega Merida CF's Walery Fleszar in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gilbert Lodowy hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, Ronaldinho de Castro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Hieronim Rekowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 70 minutes, Walery Fleszar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rega Merida CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Fleszar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rega Merida CF's Gilbert Witek was substituted for Cyryl Sienkowski. Gilbert Witek hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Klement Soroka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rega Merida CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klement Soroka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Klement Soroka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute, Klement Soroka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rega Merida CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rega Merida CF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
