Spectators: 7419 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mathias Berger started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Bernardo Soeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 10 minutes, Mathias Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sagarana Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathias Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 15 minutes, Dorian Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leões do Sul 53 and the Sagarana Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Dorian Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dráuzio Arantes made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Bernardo Soeiro sent off a good shot on target. 22 minutes into the match, Fiori Arósio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egídio Reis. Leões do Sul 53's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fiori Arósio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Fiori Arósio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Egídio Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Tarcisio Baptista got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 33 minutes, Fiori Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sagarana Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fiori Arósio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th match minute, Sagarana Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tostão Goiano to maneuver through the defense. Egídio Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dráuzio Moreira went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 45th minute, Dráuzio Moreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sagarana Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The Leões do Sul 53 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sagarana Clube were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Tarcisio Baptista made the kick off in the second half. Egídio Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiori Arósio, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Leões do Sul 53's zone, Mathias Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egídio Reis came out of the goal and Mathias Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egídio Reis made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Mathias Berger sent off a good shot on target. Ronaldinho de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Dráuzio Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathias Berger came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Egídio Reis could save by the left post. When Jeferson Torres came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Sagarana Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeferson Torres couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Moreira in the 80th minute of play forced Leões do Sul 53's goalkeeper Egídio Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, William Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute of the game Armandinho Mandrak made a throw-in which Tostão Goiano played forward. In the 87th minute Fiori Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fiori Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Mathias Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sagarana Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathias Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sagarana Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
