After 45 played minutes, United.SF's Nicasio Maiorga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nicanor Romelio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in United.SF reached it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ceferino Serapio made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ceferino Serapio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The United.SF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Nicanor Romelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Ceferino Serapio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Rioja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moises Galindo was shown his second yellow card after 71 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 85 minutes of play, United.SF's Ceferino Serapio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicanor Romelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Candido Orti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nicanor Romelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Tecka Viejo Nomás supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching United.SF's performance. The match ended with a win for United.SF.
