Donato Adrio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Otong Karimudin 3 minutes into the match. When Engkos Mandias fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PS Gunung Sindur's protests and gave Engkos Mandias a yellow card for diving instead. Engkos Mandias hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Anak Belis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Silverio Bieito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Engkos Mandias in the 15th minute of play forced Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Silverio Bieito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermosillo FC's Silverio Bieito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djati Sujarwadi in the 19th minute of play. PS Gunung Sindur's Otong Karimudin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save PS Gunung Sindur from getting a goal against them. Otong Karimudin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Adrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Silverio Bieito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Djati Sujarwadi went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Hermosillo FC's Silverio Bieito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Djati Sujarwadi in the 39th minute of play. Otong Karimudin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Adrio in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ebieth Suryadinata in the 44th minute of play forced Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Silverio Bieito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Anak Belis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Adrio in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Otong Karimudin saved PS Gunung Sindur from getting behind. Silverio Bieito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anak Belis in the 59th minute of play. Mateo Primeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otong Karimudin having to interfere. After 63 played minutes PS Gunung Sindur got a freekick which was hit by Yonas Simanungkalit. PS Gunung Sindur's Otong Karimudin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Adrio in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match, Kent-Are Rock tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Silverio Bieito saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of PS Gunung Sindur booed when Hermosillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Benat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Bladi kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anak Belis came free, but Silverio Bieito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Donato Adrio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Otong Karimudin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Otong Karimudin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Benat in the 91st minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the PS Gunung Sindur players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hermosillo FC.
