The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Ingo Kuster came free, but Tautvydas Mickevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Baggio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tautvydas Mickevičius having to interfere. In the 7th minute Ingo Kuster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tautvydas Mickevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tautvydas Mickevičius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökberk Özgenc's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After 8 minutes, Gökberk Özgenc made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Tautvydas Mickevičius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th match minute, Westra Aros SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Galeone to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Västlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 22 played minutes Westra Aros SK got a freekick which was hit by Florian Galeone. Gabriel Turi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Gökberk Özgenc came free, but Tautvydas Mickevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Fabrício Mesquita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Västlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Valentin Nicholas threw the ball into play from the sideline. Westra Aros SK's Florian Galeone quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fabrício Mesquita might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Västlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabrício Mesquita ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivan Västlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Fabrício Mesquita came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrício Mesquita couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Lucio Txordon got a free kick in the 39th minute. Westra Aros SK's Gökberk Özgenc got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Westra Aros SK's attentive Florian Galeone managed to snatch the ball when Valentin Nicholas made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Baggio to strike the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Turi struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ivan Västlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA. Westra Aros SK made a substitution. Ismael Jenaro replaced Roberto Baggio. In the 62nd minute, Valentin Nicholas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Gökberk Özgenc notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Tautvydas Mickevičius. Tautvydas Mickevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's zone, Gökberk Özgenc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tautvydas Mickevičius came out of the goal and Gökberk Özgenc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tautvydas Mickevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökberk Özgenc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Westra Aros SK's Ivan Västlund got control of the ball when Fabrício Mesquita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gökberk Özgenc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tautvydas Mickevičius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gökberk Özgenc went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Westra Aros SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
