Old BaoBaB Accademy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cesare Festa in the 6th minute. Camillo Petrocchi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atilano Rodriguez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. After 10th play minutes Rosendo Olivar shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Alberto Bracco and just under the crossbar into goal. After 16 minutes, Inocencio Palban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo and the Old BaoBaB Accademy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Palban. Rosendo Olivar might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberto Bracco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rosendo Olivar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute Rosendo Olivar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Bracco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalkeeper Atilano Rodriguez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camillo Petrocchi. Rosendo Olivar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Rosendo Olivar notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Old BaoBaB Accademy's Alberto Bracco. Alberto Bracco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 33 minutes on the clock, Alphonse Tchami commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Old BaoBaB Accademy:s goal. The goalkeeper, Atilano Rodriguez, was totally fooled by Old BaoBaB Accademy's Cesare Festa, who 35 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Atilano Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Piano in the 38th minute of the match. Atilano Rodriguez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camillo Petrocchi in the 39th minute. Alberto Bracco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Olivar in the 41st minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Rosendo Olivar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Old BaoBaB Accademy's Alberto Bracco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 43 played minutes Old BaoBaB Accademy got a freekick which was hit by Ercole Ferrante. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosendo Olivar was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo booed when Old BaoBaB Accademy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Moretta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosendo Olivar in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alberto Bracco, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alberto Bracco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rosendo Olivar's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Alberto Bracco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Olivar, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Inocencio Palban got a free kick in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Piano in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atilano Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Doctor Khumalo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Adriano Piano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Atilano Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camillo Petrocchi in the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Camillo Petrocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rosendo Olivar in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto Bracco saved Old BaoBaB Accademy from getting behind. Rosendo Olivar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atilano Rodriguez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Moretta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
