Jayvier Joestar started the match with the kick off. When Jayvier Joestar came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jayvier Joestar couldn't finish the play. Jayvier Joestar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Miguel Ángel Santoro made a huge save. With a little luck, C. A. Independiente's Miguel Ángel Santoro got control of the ball when Jayvier Joestar tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jayvier Joestar in the 7th minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes, Conrad Carrington mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Independiente and the ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, C. A. Independiente's Conrad Carrington got a free kick in the 7th minute. With a little luck, C. A. Independiente's Miguel Ángel Santoro got control of the ball when Ruisko Perucho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguel Ángel Santoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruisko Perucho's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Ruisko Perucho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Miguel Ángel Santoro made a huge save. Ferdinand Bauer scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgardo Fuica, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miguel Ángel Santoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jayvier Joestar in the 25th minute of the match. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Edgardo Fuica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Huston in the 27th minute of play. After 28 minutes ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrad Carrington who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Roy Huston managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, C. A. Independiente's Hayden Winslow got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 34th match minute, C. A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayden Winslow to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Ángel Santoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jayvier Joestar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Jayvier Joestar managed to get in a good position for a shot. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jayvier Joestar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Ángel Santoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Ruisko Perucho in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. In the 46th minute Ruisko Perucho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ángel Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdinand Bauer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, C. A. Independiente's Guy Becerra got a free kick in the 50th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ruisko Perucho managed to get in a good position for a shot. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ruisko Perucho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Ángel Santoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C. A. Independiente's Miguel Ángel Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruisko Perucho in the 56th minute of play. 62 minutes in the game Leontin Răica did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Szymon Chmielecki. After 73 minutes, Hayden Winslow mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Independiente and the ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute Urti Asturiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Ángel Santoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Urti Asturiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peyo Iribarria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Ángel Santoro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jayvier Joestar in the 88th minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Miguel Ángel Santoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
