With a left leg Julian Czermak saved GÓRNIK PSZÓW from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berry Giles in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julian Czermak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wit Klewinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Ontova having to interfere. Antoni Kaznocha hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Julian Czermak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alarcón Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind GÓRNIK PSZÓW's goalkeeper Julian Czermak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Berry Giles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julian Czermak was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Julian Czermak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stalin Arrazola in the 36th minute of the match. Antoni Kaznocha hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Julian Czermak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berry Giles in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alarcón Miranda during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GOMEZ F.C.'s Alarcón Miranda got a free kick in the 84th minute. Berry Giles took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julian Czermak. Julian Czermak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6.
