After 4 minutes of play, Quilmes's Geronimo Sagrario made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tzanyo Zvúncharov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geronimo Sagrario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Geronimo Sagrario sped through Manchester United F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tzanyo Zvúncharov. In the 16th minute, Rangel Goranov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Terry Jones came free, but Tzanyo Zvúncharov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United F.C.'s zone, Geronimo Sagrario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tzanyo Zvúncharov came out of the goal and Geronimo Sagrario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd minute, Rangel Goranov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United F.C.'s zone, Donato Nuxila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tzanyo Zvúncharov came out of the goal and Donato Nuxila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 played minutes Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Terry Jones. Quilmes's Christopher Hawthorne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vanko Korchev in the 29th minute of play. If Donato Nuxila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rangel Goranov was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Manchester United F.C. getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rangel Goranov hit a great ball. The supporters of Manchester United F.C. booed when Quilmes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Gartzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Manchester United F.C.'s Raycho Chervenski got a free kick in the 45th minute. Quilmes made a substitution. Rodrigo Delfino replaced Donato Nuxila. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geronimo Sagrario was the one to do the kick off. Terry Jones struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Tzanyo Zvúncharov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quilmes. In the 55th minute Terry Jones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tzanyo Zvúncharov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Quilmes's Rodrigo Delfino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. 汪鸿耀 kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Tenyo Machkov hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Geronimo Sagrario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quilmes's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Sagrario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tzanyo Zvúncharov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st match minute, Manchester United F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tenyo Machkov to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Sagrario in the 72nd minute of play forced Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Tzanyo Zvúncharov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Geronimo Sagrario kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tzanyo Zvúncharov. That made the score 0-4 in the 74 minute of play. In the 78th minute, Geronimo Sagrario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tzanyo Zvúncharov made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Rodrigo Delfino sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Manchester United F.C.'s Tzanyo Zvúncharov got control of the ball when Terry Jones tried to sneak it across the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Manchester United F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Tzanyo Zvúncharov, was totally fooled by Quilmes's Geronimo Sagrario, who 84 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 95 played minutes Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Delfino. Terry Jones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quilmes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
