The Deportivo Peñarol FIFV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ondino Luan should have stopped the shot. Piast Choszczno's Nathan Carrier was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Oliverios Yaner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Radomir Tusk made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's Ted Villafuentes got a free kick in the 57th minute. A collision led to Deportivo Peñarol FIFV getting a freekick after 59 minutes play.
