Diogo Ferraz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Natalio Cachurro's late challenge caught a Landulfos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natalio Cachurro helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes Deportivo Peñarol FIFV got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Cachurro. In the 10th match minute, Landulfos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Martins to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Kürşat Uma came free, but Ondino Luan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diogo Ferraz made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Juan Manuel Olivera sent off a good shot on target. The referee ignored Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's protests and gave Huly Sayago a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Deportivo Peñarol FIFV getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Huly Sayago hit a great ball. Landulfos FC's Diogo Ferraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Landulfos FC from getting a goal against them. Oliverios Yaner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Diogo Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Manuel Olivera made a kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Oliverios Yaner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oliverios Yaner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ali Kürşat Uma's late challenge caught a Deportivo Peñarol FIFV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Deportivo Peñarol FIFV booed when Landulfos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Kürşat Uma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Kürşat Uma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute Juan Manuel Olivera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergio Martins took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ondino Luan. Ondino Luan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Ali Kürşat Uma got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ali Kürşat Uma hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Landulfos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Manuel Olivera came free, but Diogo Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Juan Manuel Olivera came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Deportivo Peñarol FIFV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Manuel Olivera couldn't finish the play. Arlindo Vargas hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 89 played minutes, Landulfos FC's Sílvio Ribeiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ondino Luan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Landulfos FC reached it. Sergio Martins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fabián Estoyanoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Landulfos FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
