The referee ignored Atletico Saladillo FC's protests and gave Narciso Toli a yellow card for diving instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Regis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir Lenin in the 80th minute of the match. Narciso Toli hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the game, Victor Cojocaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Maci -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Saladillo FC the free kick. In the 92nd minute Vladimir Lenin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Regis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of Atletico Saladillo FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Atletico Saladillo FC may have spent more time on the ball, but FC Maci -MM- were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
