Seating: 1807, VIP seats: 156) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabian Lundström kicked off to start the match. After 6 played minutes FC Kurdistan got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Högberg. Mats Elg was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Rutger Magnusson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rutger Magnusson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malcolm Benett during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Malcolm Benett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rutger Magnusson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Rutger Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Elg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Nils Zachrisson fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kurdistan's protests and gave Nils Zachrisson a yellow card for diving instead. Mats Elg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rutger Magnusson in the 39th managed to get into a good position. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rutger Magnusson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Örebro FF's Lemi Çağa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nils Zachrisson, made in the 51st minute of the game. After 54 minutes of play, Örebro FF's Rutger Magnusson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mats Elg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, Rutger Magnusson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mats Elg. FC Kurdistan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rutger Magnusson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Nils Zachrisson was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, FC Kurdistan's Malcolm Benett got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute of the match Örebro FF got a corner. FC Kurdistan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gaafar Jesus ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Örebro FF's Gaafar Jesus to fire away a dangerous shot which Mats Elg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Kurdistan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rutger Magnusson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Örebro FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
