Madison's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihail Gherdan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 9 minutes of play, FC Buzău's Tudor Stancu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomiro Oriol was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Buzău's Ciprian Ghioane proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save FC Buzău from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, FC Buzău's goalkeeper Ciprian Ghioane had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Uzuri. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ionel Lung in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomiro Oriol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastián Boselli hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes Madison got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Remicio. Baldomiro Oriol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Balaban, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Tudor Stancu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Buzău fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 36th match minute, FC Buzău was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Stancu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FC Buzău booed when Madison was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Unai didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Unai during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Nestor Unai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gregorio Hodei fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Madison's protests and gave Gregorio Hodei a yellow card for diving instead. Gregorio Hodei hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Adrian Stancu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tudor Stancus short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Baldomiro Oriol to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mihail Gherdan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Oriol made a huge save. Ionel Lung could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Oriol made a huge save. Călin Șora hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Tudor Stancu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 63rd playminute. After 68 minutes of play, FC Buzău's Ciprian Pavel made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldomiro Oriol was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Madison's Gregorio Hodei got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Baldomiro Oriol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Balaban, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Nestor Unai kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Buzău's Pompiliu Balaban slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baldomiro Oriol. That made the score 0-6 after 78 minutes of play. A collision led to FC Buzău getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ionel Lung hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Sebastián Boselli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Balaban in the 85th minute of play forced Madison's goalkeeper Baldomiro Oriol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Oriol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihail Gherdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to Madison getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Gregorio Hodei hit a great ball. The Madison fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Buzău were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
