The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th match minute, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Javier Echazarreta to maneuver through the defense. Wang Cheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Shields in the 10th minute of play. Wang Cheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintín Ascuí, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Kevin Shields got a free kick in the 12th minute. With a little luck, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Juan Alberto Zorrilla got control of the ball when Timmy Ahlberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Juan Alberto Zorrilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Danielsson in the 15th minute of play. Quintín Ascuí received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Wang Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Hugo Marchena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Drake came free, but Juan Alberto Zorrilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Ingvar Holm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 22nd minute of the match Francisco Javier Echazarreta completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Francisco Javier Echazarreta a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Wang Cheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quintín Ascuí in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Nyqvist in the 35th minute of play forced SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Alberto Zorrilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Holm's late challenge caught a SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Holm helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Ingvar Holm got a free kick in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Vicente Lambert came free, but Wang Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quintín Ascuí in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wang Cheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Shields in the 45th minute of play forced Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Wang Cheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Quintín Ascuí to strike the kick off in the second half. If Bo Drake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Alberto Zorrilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Nyqvist in the 64th minute of play forced SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Alberto Zorrilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gärsnäs BF's Wang Cheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintín Ascuí in the 69th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Gärsnäs BF got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Östlund. After having played for 76 minutes, Jorge Vicente Lambert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Vicente Lambert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's zone, Ingvar Nyqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Alberto Zorrilla came out of the goal and Ingvar Nyqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Kevin Shields came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Shields couldn't finish the play. 84 minutes into the match, Bo Drake had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Alberto Zorrilla. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo Drake was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Wang Cheng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quintín Ascuí's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Quintín Ascuí came free, but Wang Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wang Cheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Shields in the 91st minute of the match. José Marcelo Somoza kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gärsnäs BF had won after a very even match.
