The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stefan Ciempa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emmanuel Cimbron in the 2nd minute of the match. Eden Hazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Ciempa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Argoitz Bustelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robertas Lewandowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Zielonka Gdansk's goal looked a bit too open when Eden Hazar came free, but Stefan Ciempa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eden Hazar in the 11th minute of play forced Zielonka Gdansk's goalkeeper Stefan Ciempa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Argoitz Bustelo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robertas Lewandowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zielonka Gdansk's Robertas Lewandowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Argoitz Bustelo. That made the score 2-0 after 28 minutes of play. Stefan Ciempa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuel Cimbron in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Zielonka Gdansk defense, Eden Hazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Ciempa. The Zielonka Gdansk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Ciempa should have stopped the shot. Stefan Ciempa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Pernambucano in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Eden Hazar notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Zielonka Gdansk's Stefan Ciempa. Stefan Ciempa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eden Hazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Ciempa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eden Hazar made a kick off. Argoitz Bustelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krzysztof Kluska in the 51st minute of the match. Krzysztof Kluska took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Argoitz Bustelo. Argoitz Bustelo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jakob Pernambucano during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jakob Pernambucano kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of Vanadio F.C. booed when Zielonka Gdansk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robertas Lewandowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jakob Pernambucano was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. Argoitz Bustelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertas Lewandowski in the 68th minute of the match. Emmanuel Cimbron's late challenge caught a Zielonka Gdansk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emmanuel Cimbron helped the player get up and apologised. Vanadio F.C.'s Argoitz Bustelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Borowski in the 71st minute of play. Stefan Ciempa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emmanuel Cimbron, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The supporters of Vanadio F.C. booed when Zielonka Gdansk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartosz Burdzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eden Hazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Ciempa having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Eden Hazar made a precise shot to the right of Stefan Ciempa. Zielonka Gdansk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Zielonka Gdansk's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
