After having played for 12 minutes, Aytaç Kartal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MarineerS MzC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aytaç Kartal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Carlos Alberto de Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mustafa Hakan Topel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Futbol Club RRFV's Dorival do Vale in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. MarineerS MzC's Mustafa Hakan Topel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Guilherme Mesquita in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonny Ambjörnsson got free with Fernando Miguel in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the game, Futbol Club RRFV's Zé Paulo Esteves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Hakan Topel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 32 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Fernando Miguel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüseyin Turan Davutoğlu. Mustafa Hakan Topel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 36th minute of the match. Jonny Ambjörnsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Fernando Miguel made a huge save. MarineerS MzC's Mustafa Hakan Topel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Futbol Club RRFV were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dorival do Vale scored 0-3 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mustafa Hakan Topel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Futbol Club RRFV's Dorival do Vale slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mustafa Hakan Topel. That made the score 0-4 after 56 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Zé Paulo Esteves got a free kick in the 60th minute. Hüseyin Turan Davutoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hüseyin Turan Davutoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, MarineerS MzC's Hüseyin Turan Davutoğlu got a free kick in the 61st minute. Fernando Miguel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aytaç Kartal in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute of the match MarineerS MzC got a corner. Futbol Club RRFV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hüseyin Can Bilgiç ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led MarineerS MzC's Hüseyin Can Bilgiç to fire away a dangerous shot which Fernando Miguel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, MarineerS MzC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Alberto de Sousa came free, but Mustafa Hakan Topel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Baran Hanönü hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MarineerS MzC's Mustafa Hakan Topel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save MarineerS MzC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Mesquita in the 70th minute of play forced MarineerS MzC's goalkeeper Mustafa Hakan Topel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th match minute, MarineerS MzC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sedat Mehdi to maneuver through the defense. Zé Paulo Esteves might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustafa Hakan Topel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Paulo Esteves ran back to his position shaking his head. When Hüseyin Can Bilgiç fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MarineerS MzC's protests and gave Hüseyin Can Bilgiç a yellow card for diving instead. Hüseyin Can Bilgiç hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Baran Hanönü hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Mustafa Hakan Topel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Mesquita in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Tomé Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorival do Vale got free with Mustafa Hakan Topel in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mustafa Hakan Topel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Paulo Esteves in the 91st minute. With a little luck, MarineerS MzC's Mustafa Hakan Topel got control of the ball when Zé Paulo Esteves tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Futbol Club RRFV eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
