Alessandro Félix started the match with the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Bernardo Netto in the 4th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vila's Ailar Kõlar. Bruno Nigol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the match, Vila's Manole Iosifian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Paraense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute Vila were awarded a corner. Adolf Nuume went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Vila's Adolf Nuume to fire away a dangerous shot which Gilberto Paraense despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diguinho Velloso in the 11th minute of play forced Vila's goalkeeper Mart Poom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mart Poom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Félix in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Bruno Nigol reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gilberto Paraense. The goal made the score 1-0. Manole Iosifian might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Paraense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manole Iosifian ran back to his position shaking his head. Gilberto Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolf Nuume in the 21st minute of the match. Mart Poom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Breno Koehler's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Buritama Sports's attack was well implemented in the 24th minute, but when Breno Koehler was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Breno Koehler in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mart Poom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mart Poom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Breno Koehler's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Manole Iosifian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilberto Paraense was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 34thth minute of the game Manole Iosifian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buritama Sports's Gilberto Paraense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Buritama Sports's Gilberto Paraense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Buritama Sports from getting a goal against them. 47 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Félix came free, but Mart Poom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manole Iosifian to make the kick off. Marquinhos Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Adolf Nuume might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Paraense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adolf Nuume ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Vila getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Bruno Nigol hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Buritama Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Nigol came free, but Gilberto Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mart Poom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Buritama Sports's Breno Koehler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mart Poom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 61 played minutes Vila got a freekick which was hit by Paul Oksmaa. 67 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Félix came free, but Mart Poom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vila's Paul Oksmaa got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Breno Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sergo Lepp kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Vila's Mart Poom got control of the ball when Breno Koehler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mart Poom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Koehler in the 85th minute of the match. Diguinho Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mart Poom having to interfere. After 92 minutes, Marquinhos Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buritama Sports and the Vila players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adolf Nuume took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gilberto Paraense. Buritama Sports's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Alessandro Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buritama Sports's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mart Poom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
