Rogério Meireles charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogério Meireles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rogério Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 played minutes, Futbol Club RRFV's Dedê Freire shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Júnior Massa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Futbol Club RRFV reached it. 8 minutes into the game, Diamantino Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Futbol Club RRFV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.Salgado F.C. the free kick. After 8 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Senna. In the 8th minute of the match Emanuel Bertassi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Miguel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Júnior Massa didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The supporters of F.Salgado F.C. booed when Futbol Club RRFV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Emanuel Bertassi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Futbol Club RRFV's Fernando Miguel didn't even have to move. Carlos Alberto de Sousa succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Wágner Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Fernando Miguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Veiga charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Veiga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Júnior Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Júnior Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Mesquita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Carlos Alberto de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júnior Massa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Júnior Massa came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna. But to his dismay, Diamantino Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 43rd minute of play forced F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Júnior Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Futbol Club RRFV getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Dedê Freire hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wágner Sousa to make the kick off. After some careless play in the F.Salgado F.C. defense, Dorival do Vale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Júnior Massa. The F.Salgado F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Júnior Massa should have stopped the shot. Luís Eduardo Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Fernando Miguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Futbol Club RRFV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Alberto de Sousa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna got a free kick in the 66th minute. A collision led to F.Salgado F.C. getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Sandro Nascimento hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Dorival do Vale notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of F.Salgado F.C.'s Júnior Massa. Júnior Massa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute, Dorival do Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futbol Club RRFV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 79 minutes into the match, Dorival do Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júnior Massa. F.Salgado F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dorival do Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wágner Sousa in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Miguel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Júnior Massa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Alberto de Sousa's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Júnior Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Senna in the 88th minute of play. Dorival do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A hard shot by Cido Pernambucano from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Fernando Miguel's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Cido Pernambucano kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Dorival do Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júnior Massa was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0.
