Francis Gaarders short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Long Yuan De to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francis Gaarder in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Long Yuan De prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Astillero del Guayas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roland Marti took the corner. After taking down the ball on ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s corner Roland Marti fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Long Yuan De quite easily take care of the ball. Long Yuan De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francis Gaarder in the 11th minute of play. Dani Galiana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Paulino Slight tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Cifuentes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Long Yuan De showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Marti in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Jacindo Abaroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Yuan De saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Astillero del Guayas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodney Cosca to maneuver through the defense. Francis Gaarder in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Long Yuan De, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Francis Gaarder had several of the Astillero del Guayas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Long Yuan De as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacindo Abaroa in the 33rd minute of play forced Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Long Yuan De to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Slight took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarando Eguizabal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarando Eguizabal in the 43rd minute of play forced ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s goalkeeper Paulino Slight to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Casimír Cavada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Astillero del Guayas the free kick. A collision led to ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Casimír Cavada hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Jacindo Abaroa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francis Gaarder in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute Dani Galiana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Slight saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Jacindo Abaroa came free, but Long Yuan De reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Gaarder came free, but Long Yuan De reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Enrique Antonijoan had to leave the field with a concussion. Astillero del Guayas's Xofre Campomanes was substituted for Enrique Antonijoan. After a rather tough play, ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Alesandro Marfil got a free kick in the 77th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Astillero del Guayas's Zuberoa Sanguino tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Astillero del Guayas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roland Marti took the corner. With 82 minutes on the clock, Mario Bennet commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 83 played minutes ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ got a freekick which was hit by Mario Bennet. In the 87th minute, Jacindo Abaroa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Long Yuan De was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Rodney Cosca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulino Slight having to make a save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Astillero del Guayas players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽.
