Octavian Bebeșel came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by La Scaloneta's Lion Messi. But to his dismay, Lion Messi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Granicerul getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Laurențiu Ciociu hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Lalla. Freddy Sarracino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Ianculescu in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Eusebiu Ianculescu took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Freddy Sarracino to make any attempt to save it. Bernardo Lalla kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Guillermo Iago notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Granicerul's Octavian Bebeșel. Octavian Bebeșel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ángel-Fabián Di María struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Octavian Bebeșel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Scaloneta. Octavian Bebeșel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillermo Iago's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. A collision led to Granicerul getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Valeriu Uduleanu hit a great ball.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Ángel-Fabián Di María got free with Octavian Bebeșel in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valeriu Uduleanu in the 51st minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Freddy Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Eusebiu Ianculescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lion Messi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 58th playminute. Manole Colin scored 2-3 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Freddy Sarracino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Ianculescu came free, but Freddy Sarracino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Uduleanu kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Granicerul's Eusebiu Ianculescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddy Sarracino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eusebiu Ianculescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Olaru in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Valeriu Uduleanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Freddy Sarracino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 90 minutes into the game, Granicerul's Eusebiu Ianculescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddy Sarracino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3.
