When Fabiano Tatangelo came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Gladiator FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Tatangelo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Gladiator FC booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fellipe de Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6thth minute of the game Beppe Rivera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrenta SC's Aurelio Irrintzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fabiano Rossi kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gladiator FC's Beppe Rivera got a free kick in the 10th minute. Gladiator FC's Aurelio Epifani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Alberto in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ursino Silvestre during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ursino Silvestre hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Aurelio Irrintzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beppe Rivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Barrenta SC's Aurelio Irrintzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Tatangelo in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gladiator FC's Amos Iacomini got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes, Barrenta SC's Yuri Alberto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aurelio Epifani came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barrenta SC reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquinhos Messias got free with Aurelio Epifani in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 36 played minutes Barrenta SC got a freekick which was hit by Fellipe de Lima. In the 37th minute, Aldo Ubriaco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remo Falcão made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Beppe Rivera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barrenta SC's Aurelio Irrintzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beppe Rivera in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelio Irrintzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barrenta SC's Remo Falcão got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aurelio Epifani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Alberto in the 60th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Yuri Alberto put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Aurelio Epifani. After having played for 67 minutes, Remo Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrenta SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remo Falcão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurelio Epifani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Messias in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of Gladiator FC booed when Barrenta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilvan Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Fabiano Tatangelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gladiator FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabiano Tatangelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aurelio Epifani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Falcão in the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Barrenta SC's Ursino Silvestre got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 80th minute, Ursino Silvestre fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Aurelio Epifani moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. Marquinhos Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurelio Epifani came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrenta SC's Yuri Alberto. But to his dismay, Yuri Alberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Barrenta SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yuri Alberto in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Gladiator FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beppe Rivera didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Barrenta SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
