Aleksandr Karyaka charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aleksandr Karyaka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Arsenal F.C.'s Aleksandr Karyaka got a free kick in the 14th minute. Viktor Zinchenko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenal F.C.'s Ivan Belozerov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorg Vrijdags in the 32nd minute of play. Jorg Vrijdags was slow to take the kick. During this time Fox Hunting Squad's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Jorg Vrijdags got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ivan Belozerov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 40 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Valeriy Gaidushenko came free, but Robbin Panhuyse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Robbin Panhuyse made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Artem Melnikov sent off a good shot on target. Fox Hunting Squad's Robbin Panhuyse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakov Romanov in the 61st minute of play. Viktor Zinchenko took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robbin Panhuyse. Robbin Panhuyse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 66 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Robbin Panhuyse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artem Melnikov. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl Van Gorpt during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Karl Van Gorpt.
