Witalis Bazan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harrison McCann's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. KS Ruch Chorzów's Witalis Bazan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harrison McCann in the 19th minute of play. After 20 minutes KS Ruch Chorzów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erauso Espantoso who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Erauso Espantoso got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Witalis Bazan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 26th minute Jaroslaw Marchlewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Zátopek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, KS Ruch Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Furtok to maneuver through the defense. Emil Zátopek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Furtok, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Teobald Dyczkowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Emil Zátopek to make any attempt to save it.

After 60 played minutes KS Ruch Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Tarasek. 64 minutes into the match, KS Ruch Chorzów's goalkeeper Witalis Bazan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harrison McCann. 67 minutes into the game, Teobald Dyczkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Emil Zátopek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Teobald Dyczkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Zátopek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaroslaw Marchlewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Venceslao Solares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Internacional Pechofrío's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Ruch Chorzów the free kick. After a rather tough play, Internacional Pechofrío's Venceslao Solares got a free kick in the 78th minute. Internacional Pechofrío's Emil Zátopek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Dyczkowski in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Internacional Pechofrío's Edgardo Castillo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edgardo Castillo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Internacional Pechofrío protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edgardo Castillo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Internacional Pechofrío:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KS Ruch Chorzów:s goal. Jakob Ingebrigtsen kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Emil Zátopek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Dyczkowski in the 91st minute of the match. Wit Dziewedik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emil Zátopek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaroslaw Furtok in the 94th minute of the match. Internacional Pechofrío's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
