Paulo Lluciano started the match with the kick off. Fausto Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Carlos Eduardo Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Cordarius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Mário Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roceira SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mário Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jon Hagström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, De Boedo Vengo's Emilio Rico got a free kick in the 11th minute. Paulo Lluciano kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Nascimento in the 19th minute of play forced De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Jon Hagström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Emilio Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mário Nascimento in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Hagström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mário Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Lázaro Cordarius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Boedo Vengo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Roceira SC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Júlio Proença hit a great ball. Carlos Eduardo Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Cibran in the 38th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Severino Vargas. Carlos Eduardo Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Cibran, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Mário Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Júlio Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Eduardo Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Lluciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. De Boedo Vengo's Jon Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Nascimento in the 63rd minute of play. Dedê Borges hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 71st match minute, De Boedo Vengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Vargas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Lluciano in the 82nd minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. De Boedo Vengo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
