In the 10th minute, Hamilton Luis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jumeuc Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Militros F.C.'s Didi de Sena got a free kick in the 15th minute. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulão Freire in the 21st minute of play. Francisco da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Zanussi having to interfere. Erasmo Zanussi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Lara in the 32nd minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo de Toledo. A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Enrique Lara hit a great ball. Militros F.C.'s Ronaldão de Azevedo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 37th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlos Leclerc but with some difficulty. Erasmo Zanussi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco da Cunha's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Francisco da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Erasmo Zanussi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Hamilton Luis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Zanussi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tadeu Prestes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Arí Vidal. Carlos Leclerc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulão Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Zanussi made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Hamilton Luis sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Militros F.C.'s Didi de Sena got a free kick in the 58th minute. Carlos Leclerc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anísio Zanussi went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the game, Hamilton Luis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erasmo Zanussi. Hamilton Luis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Erasmo Zanussi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamilton Luis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Militros F.C.'s Erasmo Zanussi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamilton Luis in the 75th minute of play. Carlos Leclerc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulão Freire in the 76th minute of play. When Anísio Zanussi fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Militros F.C.'s protests and gave Anísio Zanussi a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Militros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Zanussi. With a little luck, Militros F.C.'s Erasmo Zanussi got control of the ball when Hamilton Luis tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Luiz Eduardo de Toledo hit a great ball. Erasmo Zanussi made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Hamilton Luis sent off a good shot on target. Militros F.C.'s Erasmo Zanussi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamilton Luis in the 86th minute of play. Francisco da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Zanussi having to interfere. Erasmo Zanussi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamilton Luis, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Hamilton Luis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erasmo Zanussi came out and tried to block the shot, but Hamilton Luis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 97th minute. The Militros F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jumeuc Futebol Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Jumeuc Futebol Clube.
