The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Saul Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbie Yom in the 3rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Saul Osoitz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Peter Rutgeerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Osoitz having to interfere. Ron Everaertss short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Saul Osoitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, LegionArgentina's Saul Osoitz got control of the ball when Ron Everaerts tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute of the match, Robbie Yom tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Saul Osoitz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Saul Osoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robbie Yom went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Saul Osoitz came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Klavertje Vier's Ron Everaerts. But to his dismay, Ron Everaerts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 23 minutes into the game, Angel Mitxel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LegionArgentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Klavertje Vier the free kick. Angel Mitxel hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes of play, LegionArgentina's György Kósa made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Werner Van Beetz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, LegionArgentina's goalkeeper Saul Osoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ron Everaerts. In the 46th minute, Nicolas Sayvion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Ron Everaerts managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Klavertje Vier's supporters rose to their feet, but Ron Everaerts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Osoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
Rosendo Tabby kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Peter Rutgeerts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 57 minutes, Ron Everaerts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Klavertje Vier's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ron Everaerts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ron Everaerts in the 60th minute of the match. Werner Van Beetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Herrera, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 65 minutes of play, FC Klavertje Vier's Peter Rutgeerts made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saul Osoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ron Everaerts in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saul Osoitz saved LegionArgentina from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ron Everaerts in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saul Osoitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79th minute Ron Everaerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Osoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robbie Yom took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saul Osoitz. Saul Osoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 88 minutes into the game, Nicolas Sayvion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 89 played minutes, FC Klavertje Vier's Robbie Yom shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Saul Osoitz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Klavertje Vier reached it. Saul Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ron Everaerts in the 90th minute of the match. Alfonso Urko charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfonso Urko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Klavertje Vier had won after a very even match.
