The long shot by Michal Pazdan in the 5th minute really tested Martin Pânzaru's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 7 played minutes MK Investments got a freekick which was hit by Gertjan Konterman. If Remus Bucuță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. Martin Pânzaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiel Donderwinkel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 played minutes MK Investments got a freekick which was hit by Jacco van Dartel. Martin Pânzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiel Donderwinkel in the 16th minute of the match. Martin Pânzaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascal Bults in the 27th minute of play. Traian Bădilescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Rolink having to interfere. In the 33rd minute of the match, Pascal Bults tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Martin Pânzaru saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in The Huns's zone, Chiel Donderwinkel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Pânzaru came out of the goal and Chiel Donderwinkel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MK Investments's Ruben Rolink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Traian Bădilescu in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Augusto Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, MK Investments's goal looked a bit too open when Remus Bucuță came free, but Ruben Rolink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Rolink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Bucuță, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The MK Investments players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Huns were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remus Bucuță stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Traian Bădilescus short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Ruben Rolink to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, MK Investments's Pascal Bults got a free kick in the 61st minute. Traian Bădilescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Remus Bucuță fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Huns's protests and gave Remus Bucuță a yellow card for diving instead. Remus Bucuță kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Martin Pânzaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacco van Dartel in the 92nd minute of the match.
