The supporters of Carrossel Caipira booed when AFC Viola Gigliati was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrico Cicero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santio Marco kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Carrossel Caipira's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Balotelli came free, but Edinho da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulão Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half Carrossel Caipira were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wesley Mangueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Carrossel Caipira getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Isaltino Pereira hit a great ball. In the 55th match minute, Carrossel Caipira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesinha Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. Quentin Odoardo lost his temper 60 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Edinho da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Cicero in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Mario Balotelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edinho da Rocha. Carrossel Caipira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Balotelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 78 played minutes AFC Viola Gigliati got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Cicero. Ralondo Barboa was a little too slow when Patrick Sena got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patrick Sena during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Patrick Sena hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the match Enrico Cicero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edinho da Rocha showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Carrossel Caipira had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
