In the 2nd match minute, Sportivo Fernet Branca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucho Lema to maneuver through the defense. Jorrin Artiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Hotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fede Branca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Jorrin Artiz made a huge save. Diegotxe Carvajal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, C.S.D Punta Ballena's Diegotxe Carvajal got a free kick in the 13th minute. If Dante Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, C.S.D Punta Ballena's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Millan came free, but Jorrin Artiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Nevada Chapital managed to work through Sportivo Fernet Branca's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Nevada Chapital dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 23 minutes into the game, Bonifaco Villalcazar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alfonso Dalmai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Millan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jorrin Artiz made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Piearres Samperio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorrin Artiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Millan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The throw-in from Nevada Chapital in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sportivo Fernet Branca's Luisito Seme. Alfonso Dalmai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gutierrre Olier in the 45th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Gutierrre Olier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nevada Chapital was the one to do the kick off. Bonifaco Villalcazar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfonso Dalmai having to make a save. A collision led to Sportivo Fernet Branca getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Koča Branca hit a great ball. Alfonso Dalmai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gutierrre Olier in the 59th minute. Jorrin Artiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Millan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piearres Samperio charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Piearres Samperio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Piearres Samperio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sportivo Fernet Branca booed when C.S.D Punta Ballena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piearres Samperio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes C.S.D Punta Ballena got a freekick which was hit by Bonifaco Villalcazar. Sportivo Fernet Branca's Koča Branca suffered a sore thigh after 73 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 73 minutes into the game, Baudelio Valls was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.S.D Punta Ballena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo Fernet Branca the free kick. Sportivo Fernet Branca made a substitution. Alberto Serapio replaced Koča Branca. After 74 played minutes C.S.D Punta Ballena got a freekick which was hit by Baudelio Valls. Martin-Daniel Branca, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Alfonso Dalmai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gutierrre Olier in the 77th minute of play. Jorrin Artiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Millan in the 84th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Bonifaco Villalcazar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Gutierrre Olier got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Sportivo Fernet Branca fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. C.S.D Punta Ballena were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
