With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Hugo Medardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Virgil Lixandru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Şumălan in the 81st minute of play forced Villa Mitre City's goalkeeper Claudio Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
