Virgil Lixandru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor Hernández in the 2nd minute of play. In the 26th minute Igor Coronado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Lixandru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgil Lixandru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Héctor Hernández in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to MAZER SAF getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Breno Bidon hit a great ball. In the 35thth minute of the game Ángel Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus PTM's Virgil Lixandru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juventus PTM's Virgil Lixandru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ángel Romero in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Ángel Romero notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Juventus PTM's Virgil Lixandru. Virgil Lixandru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Coronado was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ángel Romero in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgil Lixandru saved Juventus PTM from getting behind. 52 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Cornel Bourceanu came free, but Toninho Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Juventus PTM defense, Igor Coronado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virgil Lixandru. The Juventus PTM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virgil Lixandru should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Ángel Romero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgil Lixandru. The goal made the score 1-4. Virgil Lixandru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Coronado in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Héctor Hernández had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgil Lixandru. Juventus PTM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Héctor Hernández was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Virgil Lixandru made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Héctor Hernández sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute Ángel Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgil Lixandru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ángel Romero had several of the Juventus PTM's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Virgil Lixandru as he didn't even see the shot coming. Virgil Lixandru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Aurre in the 85th minute. Héctor Hernández could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Virgil Lixandru made a huge save. Virgil Lixandru made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Héctor Hernández sent off a good shot on target. After 87 minutes, Horaţiu Tinu mouthed his way into the referee's book.
