The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Red Devils's Borys Haskiewicz got a free kick in the 4th minute. Andrzej Markowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Tomé Mota made a huge save. A collision led to Red Devils getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Michal Petrasz hit a great ball. In the 30th match minute, Red Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Hoffman to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute of the match Téo Tróia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Krzysztof Golaszewski skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugon Wierzbicki during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Hugon Wierzbicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cipriano Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Krzysztof Golaszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Agua Santa's Dinei Cearense got a free kick in the 38th minute. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrzej Markowski in the 42nd minute of play. Tomé Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Hoffman, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 44 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Cearense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrzej Markowski was the one to do the kick off. Tomé Mota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbyszko Hoffman's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Andrzej Markowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomé Mota was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Agua Santa booed when Red Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukasz Wrzosek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano Pinho struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Krzysztof Golaszewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agua Santa. In the 69th match minute, Agua Santa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Neves to maneuver through the defense. Michal Petrasz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomé Mota having to interfere. The supporters of Red Devils booed when Agua Santa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomé Mota stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrzej Markowski's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 83rd minute, Michal Petrasz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomé Mota was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Michal Petrasz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomé Mota having to make a save. Red Devils walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
